Re: ***Official EPT Monte Carlo Thread***
I was told to check cardplayer updates about me and saw this oen.
Josh "JJProdigy" Field, Richard "RonaldKosh" Fohrenback, and Shaun "ShaunDeeb" Deeb have all busted from the PokerStars.com EPT Grand Final.
When Deeb's table was asked how he busted, Isaac "westmenloAA" Baron started to explain, and Neil Channing cut in, "If you try to make a list of how he lost all of his chips, you'll never remember it."
Baron smiled sheepishly and added, "He had a rough day. He's a good player."
Channing turned to the player to his right and said, "Everyone online is a good player."
**** him never said a word to him at the table and hes going to talk **** about me when he's ****ing an awful nit yah I ran like **** played a bunch of pots cuz nits like him liked to fold pre a lot. I dunno I'm really pissed off now considering everything went to go reg for the 1k and got in as alt 89 **** yah end up not even getting in the tourney they never even said their would be a chance they deny alternates so I end up waiting around for ****ing 2 hours bored as **** for my seat then have to wait an hour for a ****ing refund.
Also during this time I could of went to grind online get my refund head back to my room see 100r is seating click reg then it doent go through because the tourney is full at 144 people cuz 9 people at everytable wtf stars. I want to head to vegas immediately now and crush the 5k/25k but that invovles rebooking a flight thats going to cost a few k but whatever time to go busto pre wsop.

Marcel's capable of doing this for 2/3 of his stack.
Regarding the Hachem/Deck incident, how about what happened to me in BOTH the last two live tournaments I played here in England. BOTH times it went like this :
- Opponent bets river, setting me allin
- I call
- He shows me winning hand
- I muck, stand up and prepare to leave
- Some wanker asks to see MY hand
Does anyone think I would be in order to knock their teeth in on the spot ?

I wouldn't get nearly as upset about this if it's to bust you out considering that you're not in the tournament anymore AND technically you're supposed to show cards when allin.

Re: ***Official EPT Monte Carlo Thread***
we had this discussion yesterday with a floor man. if someone shows the winning hand and you muck your hand, someone at the table cannot ask to see your hand. it's weird, i know.
and also, whether hachem bitches a lot or not and whether he should or not, doesn't really matter, saying he can't bitch about this because he won the ME is so ridiculous imo.
ps. we went to the aquarium today and it's sick, you def gotta do it. also make sure you go up to the roof because the view is sick.

The thing is though, why do they want to see it ? To gain future information just in case they come up against me again in the two tournaments I play at home per year ? The first guy in particular would struggle to remember a hand that was shown 20 minutes ago.
Or because they think I'm colluding by giving someone else all my chips in a $2K tournament ?
Never mind, off my chest now. I do have to agree that Hachem's continuous whining is super annoying.

From his blog
http://blog.t6poker.com/
''After that I coast to the end of the day with over 70k. The only other bit of excitement was when I called the clock on myself to protest the added 7th level of the day. Play started at 1, and it would be midnight before last level even started. They compomised by making it a half level. I didn’t bother with it and just left after level 6.''
''I got off to a good start today and went from 70k to 110k in the first 20 minutes. After that I coasted playing many non-interesting pots. Everyone played so slow at my table and I couldn’t take it. I had 170k when I decided to leave 42 minutes early for bed. Again I felt very tired at the end of the day.''
''The whole Catalonia/Spain thing seems to me like spoiled children at the country club who just had their Titleist privileges taken away. I would rather look at pinup pictures of Justin Bonomo than worry about this. Please, just speak Spanish and everyone is happy in the world. It’s not that hard a problem to solve.''

Re: ***Official EPT Monte Carlo Thread***
There's about 65-70 left, don't rely on CardPlayer for chip count updates when they don't know at least half the people in the field.

Lol at Channing being a nit.
Channing crushes cash games and is a well above average tournament player, I think he just adapts to live tournaments better than most online 'superstars'. I mean he has just cashed for over $1m in the Irish Open so don't go insulting the guy just because he doesn't post here to defend himself.

Okay, I'll take your word for it. Where are you getting your updates from, btw?
