Does anyone in Cabo have an open room at the moment? I came to Vegas for the WSOP but am missing the beach and wanting to play on Stars. I'd need a room asap through July 3rd.

I want to take my GF to mexico over her ~10day xmas break. Thought I might find someone in here who wants to vacate their place over the holidays to see family, that might be interested in renting for that week. I'm thinking my budget for 7-10 day is 2k-ish on lodging. I'll get a hotel or an all-inclusive if that option turns out to be more efficient for my money. I just know that the times we've rented other people's condos in other places, have been more comfortable than the times we've stayed in hotels.

I'm 30, she's 28, we're pretty lame individuals and will leave your place in better condition than we find it. (but we won't stay in a ****hole, obv)

I'm not used to planning anything this far a head, so, lemme know if you might be close to what I'm looking for, and we'll start talking about whats what. It's also a possibility that my brother and his gf will vacation with us, making a 2br a minimum requirement.

Hey everyone I'm looking for some help from some folks that live down in Cabo and know the scene. I want to rent a 2 or 3BR apartment for the year, just to have somewhere to go on random weekends and for SCOOP and things like that. I'm looking for somewhere with a nice view, and preferably walking distance to downtown. Don't wanna spend too much since I'm not gonna be living there much.

Is there anyone that can recommend some places for me to start looking, whether it's specific realtors that are good, or specific rental sites with year-long rentals? Sorry if this has been covered before, I haven't really read through the thread.

As it is I am holding a reservation (expires today) for a 1400$ flight roundtrip tickets...awaiting confirmation to purchase them.

I'd like to know if I have to carry my 30 (or 26) with me , besides the laptop, or not. Can anyone explain how we go about monitors there ? Major electronic stores ? return policies ? etc...

Well, you'll have to take the 30 if you want to use it in Mexico. It can be packed as an extra checked luggage.
