What an absolute session killer. 5 tournies in limbo, can't do **** til I find out what happened.

*Just came back to find all my stacks whittled away while I tried to login 50 times. I guess with only two people getting ****ed by their issues it's OK to unpause the tourneys.

When I finally logged back in again, the tourney lobby showed me as 'finished' even though I had an average chip stack before the outage. The tournament was still playing which is very strange as it should have been paused until all players could reconnect or it should have been cancelled shouldn't it? I sent a message to support asking for a refund. I wonder what sort of creative reasoning they will give me as a response?

Some small and midstakes tournaments should gave higher GTD on Sundays.

For instance, the prize pool of Swordfish (starts 5PM GMT) was well over 10k yesterday while the GTD was just 5k. Call it Sunday Swordfish with 10k GTD.

12usd 2k GTD deepstack (starts at 7PM GMT) had 3.3k prize pool yesterday while 5usd 2k GTD deepstack (starts at 4.45 PM GMT) had 3.2k prize pool yesterday. They deserve GTD boost to 2,5k or 3k on Sundays.

Yeah nice disconnections last night. How about splitting Sunday $3k prime time freeroll to smaller editions. If you feels generous, you might even just make like 5 $1k freerolles with top20 getting special prizes with 6k players cap or something like that starting like once in a hour.

Unfortunately we had some disconnections on Sunday due to a short network issue we suffered. To my understanding these issues did not last more than a few minutes but some players could not return to the client for a while. Our tech teams are investigating the issue with top priority. We do not believe it has anything to do with the freerolls.

You need to contact support with all the relevant information including your screen name, and tournament names+buy-in+start time in which you were materially affected. We are well aware of the severity of these issues and working on it with top priority.

What about re-branding turbo satellites to Thunder as satellites to 55usd tournaments with the same structure? On weekdays I usually can afford to play from 6PM to 9PM GMT and therefore I am forced to skip these satellites. I guess people who want to play Thunder will register for these satellites anyway while players who chase 55usd tickets will appreciate more satellites.

I'm still getting these issues even now and I haven't played in 2 days because of them. I am logging into the client OK but I am getting an occasional popup saying something about 'server issues' and 'try again later'. I don't have confidence in the connection when I am seeing those popups so i will not be playing until I have a day without them.

This is a good idea and is in our pipeline to do.

888 also always opens a pop-up screen which I assume should show some kind of promo. Always stays white though, so I just click that one away too.

The white popup screen you see is supposed to be a "Spin the Wheel" promo where you click a button to spin the wheel to win a prize...normally a ticket to a freeroll. I was getting it until Sunday. Now I get the white screen you get.

Edit:

I am OK now. I uninstalled the 888 client, ran CC Cleaner, reinstalled 888 from the web page. The problem is solved. It loads quickly, there are no error popups and the 'Spin the Wheel' promo loads quickly.
