Can you please put the word "Rebuy" in the title of the tournament lobby for the tournaments that are rebuys? Thanks

Alot of [+] tourneys/sats are 'second chance' However you dont have that in the title of most tourneys. You only have [+] logo infront of it.

So in order to know if the tournament is a 'rebuy' or a 'second chance/re-enter' you have to open the lobby and the check the structure. Which can be a bit frustrating.

Hope this makes sense. Ill see if i can find some screenshots to make my point (and choakmydee's) more clear.

I think to make it more clear you should consider making a 're-enter/2nd chance logo' for the re-enter/2nd change tourneys and dont just use the [+] for all your rebuy/re-enter/2nd chances.

I see what you're saying but the information is clearly written in the newsbox and we don't want the tournament names to be too long.

Raking rebuys on those $5 satellites is also theft

There's a $5 6max superturbo with 30mins of rebuys about to start with 10% rake on rebuys

It needs to be much much clearer in the lobby whether rebuys are raked or not. The terminlogy used in the descriptions is terrible and ambiguous. The above tournament is unlimited rebuys but says "2nd chance rebuys available"

Our policy is to charge fee for 2nd chance rebuys as they are similar to re-entering the tournament. They are absolutely non-obligatory and each player can decide whether or not to use this option or play these tournaments.

I agree it would be more clear to say: Unlimited 2nd chance rebuys are available in case you lose all of your chips within late registration period.
We will fix this.

I also agree that it is a mistake to charge 10% for super turbo. We will look for such mistakes and amend them. Do you have a specific example?

If you're going to insist on raking rebuys. Then that period should cut off (including late registration) far earlier so people aren't paying full rake for 5bb. Do you think it's correct that people should pay that much for so little play?

they arnt true reentries though, dont u have a time limit when bust to reententer

also having unlimited reentries is just a rebuy really, generally a reentry is 2-3 reentries when

I actually agree with this. I left the Wednesday and Friday Challenges alone for a while before I realised they were re-entry and not rebuys. Another icon for re-entry would help

Why not switch the $209 MEGAKO timeslot with the $215 MegaDeep Turbo on Sunday? Makes more sense for the Turbo to start later in the day and then the $209mega KO will see a boost in participation.

no, 888rep, just no. You really need to make the difference more clear in the lobby. Make extra pictures instead of the "+" for (un)limited re-entries/rebuys or define this difference in the tournament name.

The second option is the better one I guess, because you dont want to make tournament names too long, but there really needs to be a difference in my opinion!

I see you've already responded but I want to make clear why I made the original post. I bought into a tournament and had no idea it was a "2nd chance" tourney until after I started playing. When the table opened up I saw the "rebuy" button and thought wtf?! I looked again at the lobby but the title said nothing about rebuy or second chance. I WOULDN"T have played it if I knew it was a rebuy. Please don't hide it. make sure people know when they register. Thanks.

Sorry I couldnt edit post... recommend make it $2 (525 players) because it takes too long to get 1050 players. They will run more frequently and you build up your satellite player pool.

If this takes place, what happens if a player wins more than once? Will the 1050 be converted to T$ or paid out cash?

Please get us and the rest of the 888 community some answers.

Im not a big fan of "quarter back $215" - because when you bust, getting 1/4 of the startingstack back for $50 is very often worthless and many people skip it because it doesn't give many BBs at all.

It is a very good tourney, but I think it would become much bigger if it was "half back", to pay $100 to get half of the startingstack back instead.

Schedule seems pretty packed now with mid/highstakes. Can you be more specific with this suggestion?

We have reduced the fee to 5% on all of the super turbo satellites to $55 tournaments. There is no fee on rebuys in these tournaments.

Regarding fees on 2nd chance rebuys - It's up to each player to decide if he wants to re-enter the tournament with few big blinds, just as it's up to players to choose if to register late to tournaments in general. I assume some players like this option and some will avoid it.

The way we see the 2nd chance rebuys/ re-entries is that in these tournaments you can only rebuy if you have lost all of your chips, similar to a new player entering the tournament. I think it makes sense to allow each player to decide if he is interested in this or not as long as late registration is open. Players who don't like this feature can avoid it by not rebuying or by playing regular freezeout tournaments.

We will consider regarding the satellite suggestions. I think the ticket awarding satellites are working very well though on these rather than seat awarding satellites to specific tournaments.

I have not been aware of disconnection issues for a few weeks now

@ 888Rep: how long does it usually take for 888 so inform / pass on tickets to players that won a satellite? I won the WSOPE Oktoberfest satellite (HedgeHog71) last Sunday and still haven't heard back from your Support... no feedback whatsoever. Would like to find out how / if I can pick the flight that I'm playing. Any help would be much appreciated!
