fwiw during the 3-4 week period that occurred a month or so ago, i played alot of mtts i was disconnected lost equity in, i didnt ask for refunds cause was winning so thought whatever...
^that would of been 9-10th hu sng win in a row, pretty annoying, over the course of that 3 weeks i played prob 1k mtts/sngs, id like every possible refund thats fair.
It shouldnt have to be up to me to have to screenshot my screen every time your software ****s up.
For example, Numerous times i had 10+ tables of 888 up + stars (few tables going fine + all other internet working). I was playing almost every mtt u had from 1-$55 for 12 hours a day etc
My question is "why should it be my job to identify which tournaments i believe i was materially affected in"? I payed my rake, i got disconnected ****loads but didnt bitch cause was winning.
Blackmann cusses u asks for refund and gets it. Were other people in his mtt refunded too, or only those that asked. You kind of set a precedent, by refunding bm after his post, and realised you had opened a door for many people to ask for refunds.
Basically, i'd like every mtt/sng ive played in last 4 months to be reviewed for your technical issues, and be competsated fairly.
Obviously its complicated, most regs aware of the issue stopped playing on 888 in that period, i tried to ride it after transferring most of my volume from stars to 888
I will email 888 support, obviously i don't know the exact no of mtts or $ i lost due to your technical issues, the onest shouldn"t be on me to identify the mtts materially affected since
1)i payed rake on them
2)i can't define your software errors or tecnical issues
besides all that, keep up the good job,
btw, i made this thread to help YOU 888, and looks like your mtt traffic increased alot since it started.
