Numbers were low due to seasonality + WSOP and we were losing money on many tournaments. For that reason, a decision was taken on Sunday morning to cancel the Whale which was likely to lose, while only VERY few players were registered. Nevertheless, we accept your critique of the late decision and will do our best to make such changes earlier on in the future.
The next Whale is in two weeks as scheduled.

next time you could just adjust the gtd. ppl wouldn`t have complained if it was 100k gtd instead of 150k, you had all the reasons to do so.

Since it's 888 position to change gtds when seasonal (when they think they will meet or not meet gtd), your gtds need to be revisited on Sundays. For example the Monsoon usually doubles its gtd. If you raise gtd, make it a Sunday edition, you could drive up more entrants. Your satellite entries are improving, but offering more mtt and sng satellites will also increase traffic.

Im a fan and this is just constructive criticism.

If you were materially effected by the disconnections you should contact support with as much details as possible and they will look into it and compensate where compensation is do.

I just had my client forcibly updated on me today. Can you post a list of features and changes?

ridic loud and annoying beep when its your action
deal making
1/2 pot 3/4pot and pot buttons dont create bet sizes that are 1/2pot 3/4pot and pot.

The new version includes:
- Final table deal. We will add this option to tournaments once most players have the latest version. In order to make a deal, all players in the deal must have the new version. Since only the English version has been deployed, we prefer to wait with adding this to tournaments until other languages have it, so that players don't get frustrated for their opponents not participating in the deal when they actually cant.
- New animations for KO, ITM, winning a tournament, chips to be thrown
- The your turn reminder sound has been updated at players request. There are some complaints on this. Let me know what you think and I will pass on the feedback.
- A few bug fixes and minor additions.

Regarding the bet slider issue, I have passed on the feedback, This shuold be fixed.

I played the nightly 162 crocodile last night for the first time, decent tourney.. But why is it not running every night? It didn't have any problem to fill up its guarantee..

I'm actually deciding to skip the nightly mtts tonight just because you only have the Cyclone in the nightly schedule. I think the 162 should run every night.

Also, a 55-109 turbo 5k guarantee around that time would also be nice.
