I feel like thats a canned response and if you pushed the issue, esp. if you have the screenshot you say you have, 99% you get refunded.

it was actually my 3rd time writing them on the matter, first time i emailed them they sent me a canned response saying how in a rebuy MTT you can only rebuy for 60 minutes and then a 180 second addon period. i told them i knew how rebuy mtts works and ive played thousands of rebuy mtts in my life, then they replied saying it was impossible for the glitch to have occurred because not everyone experienced it at the same time lol. i included the screenshot in my first message to them as well. only now have i seen someone else have the issue, glad i wasn't just going crazy.

at some point you get tired of going back and forth with an idiot over $11.

Sorry you have had this issue and sounds like you did not receive the proper response. Generally speaking I'd like to keep this thread for MTT discussion, so for future reference I'd appreciate if players can write these type of issues on our thread in the internet poker section. BUT since it's already come up and been discussed, and it sounds like you are right, I will make sure your case is reviewed again, and the bug is reported. Thanks for you feedback.

Are you both using Mac? Was the problem only with Add-on or also rebuy? Did you suffer any disconnections before the add-on break?

At the start of the tournament the yellow rebuy/addon tab is there but then sometime later it decides to vanish.

any news on the former lightning timeslot ? need a 30r/301r1a/109fo/50r there

888rep got in touch with me and compensated me for the issue with rebuy/addon button vanishing, now just hope they can get it fixed

how come last week when i wanted to deposit 150 aus i was offerred an instant 15 bonus but was told i had to deposit 150usd instead to get that, at the time i could only deposit 150 aus tho so just took whatever freroll ticket they give me (think i have 13 tickets to the same mtt and since i work now what use is that really).

A week later i was willing to deposit 150 usd to 888 and your support told me now i need to deposit 200 usd to get 15 instant bonus,

how come you add the 3k 30$ swordfish when you have a 24$ 4k 15 mins later?

i think it is better to remove the 24$ 4k and try get 5-10k on the swordfish.

it will be super withered , especially that you have flat payous now.

as a midstakes grinder i will be skipping swordfish, 24 4k and 10r 5k because they pay less money for the winner now. before the change the 10r it was worth playing, getting 2k up top ( i am not saying that i dont like the payouts structure change but i would like to see the 24 4k, 22 3k and swordfish gathered in a big 30$ tournament )


you put 3k gtd on it and a 30$ buyin and you really expect that it doesnt perform as good as the 24 4k 15 mins later? especially when its blue labeled in the lobby


so my point is that 30 3k swordfish, 12r catfish, 24 4k, 27turbo KO, monsoon and 22 3k will canibalize each other because they all are in a 1 hour span.

you should just label swordfish and monsoon and get better prizepools in them instead of filling the lobby with withered tournaments like stars did

i also dont like the idea of adding fullring turbos and superturbos in the schedule that will take ppl from regular tournaments.
you will add 2 turbos now, 2 in a cpl of months and will slowly have a lobby full of turbos, gimmicks and withered tourneys.

i really like the site and structure and dont wanna see it ruined by turbo games or 20$ 2k from 15 to 15 min


also the lightning timeslot has to be reviewed. its been a while since you are trialing the 27ko turbo but that slot had a 109 5k wich had its fans.

the 27turbo KO and super turbo catfish 12r start at the same hour, both fast speed and both super withered 2-3k gtd. how is that a good choice?

Even the 5k GTD was not covering during offpeak seasons. There is the 6 max Thunder $55 2nd chance 30 minutes later and the $109 Tornado 40 minutes after that, so I think that hour was just not so relevant for a $109 6 max

It doesnt make sense to have the 24$ 4k and 30$ swordfish 3k 15 min apart. Get rid of the 24 and make the GTD bigger in the swordfish since its a blue mtt.

Nah I like that one too. Change times or something but don't just get rid of it. It always does so much better than the 22 deep stacks despite both having nice structures.
