- I rang support to change my currency into GBP so that i can withdraw with out any exchange rate fees. I withdraw $135 dollars which was supposed to be £100 GBP but only got £97 so even now you seem to be charging me!

- Your reward program is literally the worst in the business and your games are not so much softer to justify this

- You also seem to have done the exact opposite of what players asked for. The consensus seemed to be for for fewer re-entry and more Rebuys particularly the $5 ones and now you have more re-entry and fewer Rebuys. And unless i am mistaken you have started raking the Rebuy/add-on for the Slow $5 rebuys.

- I have withdrawn all my money from your site and wont be playing there until these issues are resolved

You recently lowered gtd of $5 deepstack at 18:45cet/17:45uk from 2,5k to 2k. My suggestion would be to re-brand this tournament as Early Mini Daily Challenge with 2,5k or 3k gtd, re-entries and the same 5k 12min lvl.

A couple of things to add/echo:

1. Most tournaments play too deep/too long. I made the FT of a long-blind Blowfish and after 7 hours, it was down to 3 players with an average stack of 40-50BB. I guess it's good if you have an edge, but it also gets a bit too much. Maybe other people think differently and I am open to changing my mind.

2. I also noticed that almost every tournament I play is a re-entry and like some of the other players who ve chimed in, it bothers me (especially re-entries). But that's not all. Another problem is that rebuy periods go on for so long that you can get down to 5-10BB and still be able to rebuy.

Well, until this past Sunday I had the client option to automatically rebuy turned on, but there comes a point when rebuying/reentering 8BB deep is burning money or isn't as EV+, so I decided to leave it unchecked. But now this means that every time I need to rebuy I need to make a separate decision on whether it's prudent to do so and this means that while i am multitabling 20 other tournaments and I am swamped with decisions, I need to waste precious seconds so as to check the blind level and initial stack size so I can see if it's worth rebuying or not.

It's extremely annoying. You need to fix this. At the very least you need to make the rebuying/registration periods shorter.

Used to play most of my volume on 888 and have a lot of respect for what you were trying to do. Only open the client for series these days.

What about keeping the time of the rebuy period, but lowering the average blind-increase? Maybe slow down the blinds before rebuy ends and then give it some more increase.

Still can't play on your website btw, I check once in a while whether the update works and it doesn't. I believe I did a full uninstall/reinstall a few weeks ago but same deal. Am I alone in this? How many recs are blocked from your site because of this? How do I fix this?

There are also the two $12 800 gtd and 500 gtd, in the morning around 10am GMT, can you turn one of these into 6max please? 6max deepstack would be nice

still no low stakes 6-max at peak time? surely there is room for this? especially in place of one the poorly performing tourneys.

might be bc 8 max is more attractive to players and they are not to thrilled to change things right now.

no worries. what about the two $12 freezeouts? there are no good knockout tournaments in the early schedule. recs love them, could you turn one of these tournaments into a 5+5 or 10+10 knockout? like a 'The $1000 Starfish Hunter KO' or something? Think would add to the schedule and defo be more popular than these boring $12 9max $500 gtd tournaments.

I`m trying to install the software for .ro and I get this "error" screen after I run the installer. I had the software with a mod and had to reinstall cuz the mode wasn't working because of the new update.

Logged in reg'd up a session, as soon as the the table pops up everything auto closes. Reinstalled twice, didnt help. Had to logon to the web client to unregister everything. Anyone else have the same problem?

suggestion: for $55 and $30 tournaments, in the lobby where it says "upcoming satellites to this tournaments" you should include the generic steps and the $5 to $55 tickets

Good suggestion, which we have actually discussed internally as well, should happen in the not too far away future

nice, also some of these satellites such as the turbo $5 to $55 do not have antes from the start, but have 1500 chip starting stack, should probably give these antes from level 1

raise the gtd of 6pm 11ko, it can turn into a beast if you keep pushing the gtd
