update:
got my documents accepted and entered the avc. received an email yesterday that my account is now validated. tried to reg in a tourney and got a popup "Your playing privileges have been revoked. Please contact support."
obviously contacted support immediately and now i probably have to wait another week for an answer.

1st Quarter: $250
Half Time: $500

Escrow:
Slevinup has offered to hold the monies. Send $20 per square (max $100 per player) to Slevinup (location London, UK; avatar is Serge from Kasabian wearing a pink wig) on Stars. Stars is the preferred payment method, so if you're in North Korea / USA / another country with a similarly terrible human rights record, then please try to get a trade with someone privately rather than bothering the escrow about it. I may be able to help with PayPal trades for people I know though.

Logistics:
Once 100 squares are sold, I will PM the list of names to a trusted third party (I'm thinking Zima or Lipo or someone of similarly high standing). I will then ask a random poster to go to random.org and post a randnomised list of numbers 1-100, which will be applied to the list of entrants and entered on a grid. We will then invite two other random posters to randomise numbers 0-9 for the X and Y axes respectively, and I will post a graphic representation of the draw itt.

Here's a link that explains how Superbowl Squares works.

It may all sound unnecessarily complicated, but essentially it's a neutral EV way of getting a cheap sweat / gambol on the superbowl. glglgl
