what types of roi do you guys think is attainable in the $2100 180s and what kind of sample size would be needed? would be playing $2.50s on the side to reduce the variance

After all sites except PS.eu got banned in my state, and Amaya killed Mixed-, PLO- and rebuy-NLHE MTT's efficently as a hot knife goes through butters and kenny, I thought I could maybe lower variance by playing some 180's...

Stars need to run satellites for the 200$ +. If they started running with satellite winners and MTT regs (a lot of which are ex supernova elite sng grinders) it would be a really cool objective for the 180 man grinders that really know the format and could result in an interesting player pool/unique path to higher stakes rather than the lobbies just becoming places for greeks to hide their money from the government.

I do. I try to think of it as the cheapest FO on the site. 2.50$ has 2.28 + 0.22 so getting 3.30+0.20 is awesome. also with the ~4x sized first prize by only being 40% more expensive you can get a higher ROI than in standard 180mans. Only downside might be competition and a a slightly limited playing range.

I have asked why there are stupid buy-in 180's both via email and in some threads on here. By email was told I'd be gotten back to, 24hrs ago. In the improvement thread where Keith answers just about everyone, I've been completely blanked. hahahaha

its obvious why they have the high buy in 180s.. for the greek players so they dont get half there roll took off them by tax? theres really no other logical explanation
