Hello all,

We've been cooking up a new series for a while now, and we're ready to show it to our players and see what people think before we set it in stone. This series, called MicroMillions, is set to play in March from the 15th through the 25th. It's squarely targeted at providing a ton of opportunities for micro players, with an overall total guaranteed prize pool of $5,000,000. Almost all of the regular schedule will remain intact, with the exceptions being the Saturday Splash and Sunday Storms during the series, which will receive higher guarantees than normal and run as special editions of each.

The schedule is below. Please let me know what you think. I'll answer any questions I can as we go along, and we'll consider any possible changes before we put everything up and get satellites underway (early next week). I've answered a few anticipated questions at the bottom of this post (after the schedule).

Q: Where are the guarantees?
A: The guarantees for individual tournaments will be finalized and published when we put the tournaments up in the client. The total guarantee for the series is $5,000,000.

Q: Will MicroMillions champions get any special prize?
A: Yes. MicroMillions champions will receive a unique hat celebrating their win.

Q: Will there be 2nd Chance tournaments?
A: No.

Q: A ton of these tournaments are NLHE; is that on purpose?
A: Yes, this series is intended to be NLHE-heavy.

Q: All the buy-ins are small; can we have some higher buy-ins?
A: No, this series is specifically intended to be targeted at micro MTTers. All events except the Main Event are $11 or less. The Main Event is $22, and will have a guarantee of $1,000,000.

Q: The times are all over the place. Why?
A: This series is set to encourage play from all over the world. With so many opportunities to play, tons of players should have a chance to place on the Player of the Series leader board. We'll be awarding a PCA package to the overall Player of the Series, plus 9 SCOOP Main Event [M] tickets and 90 SCOOP Main Event [L] tickets... 100 prizes in all!

doubt i'll be playing many of them, but the fields are gunna be massive, you gotta sort out ur recent lag issues or this series could **** up all mtts during the entire duration of the series

Good idea having it before SCOOP as it will prob attract some extra players for that series as well.

With these buyins prizes wont be great so maybe you could make 1 or 2 of them top 100 only paid similar to ft only paid mtts you have
