srsly if u take a look at all the convos OP posted, he was being super patient and polite in those all the way and now attacking him for bringing this up during wsop is so laughable i cant even find a word for it lol

sad thing btw is someone thats so good in poker has so little money that he is not able to pay off a 5k$ debt

if his backers are so worried about his state of mind while playing they should just pay the OP and put the $ on Marc's MU or handle it as a loan w him on anything like that, but saying 1 bad word to someone who got fked like that is just a joke

Spoke to Marc today and he agreed to get a few people to arbitrate (I believe it'll be some UK guys from blondepoker) and accept whatever decision they come up with. If he owes the full amount he owes the full amount or if he owes 2k he owes 2k. I think Marc wouldn't dispute he owes some amount of $. Whatever it turns out to be is on him and he'll be the one paying it since it's his debt. Regardless of the decision, obviously the OP won't be able to get paid til Marc returns home but yea, it'd be cool if he would contact Marc and they can arrange to get some arbitration. (Not sure if Marc's posted yet on blonde about getting arbitration). It's a pretty messy situation but I'm hopeful the two of them will be able to figure it out.

Regarding Flush_Entity, I remember Marc telling me on Day 4 of Berlin that he swapped with someone so was def aware of that swap. He told me he's paid that person 2k and still owes him another what 4k? He said he's messaged him so I hope the two of them are working things out here especially since that person is in Vegas.

Hope that's an adequate update for now.

Calm down; I simply spoke to Marc and he was disputing the 5% swap as he has in this thread. I suggested arbitration as a possible solution because it certainly seemed better than them just going back-and-forth with he-said she-said about who is right.

I wasn't giving an opinion on who is right or anything, I was just trying to help resolve the matter which it looks like I did because it looks like Marc is going to pay Lewis the 5% when he gets back to England so all anybody can do at this point is wait for that.
