The long-awaited Spring series schedule...
Hello, MTTc... below you will find the schedule for the upcoming spring series, the first-ever [name to be determined -- poll thread to be added soon]. We're quite excited about this new series, and we hope that you will be as well. This time around, the focus is not just on one segment of any game's player base, but on providing a top-notch competition to all of our players.
Each event will consist of three tournaments, one for our low-stakes players, one for our medium-stakes players, and one for the high-stakes players. Of course, players may choose to play at whatever level they like, and may play in any or all of the tourneys for each event. Each tournament has its own guarantee, etc. All tournaments within a given event will start simultaneously.
Regarding the event structures, each event will be deployed as was done for WCOOP 2008, with a structure which is tentative and open to change. If a compelling case is made for change, we will happily accommodate our players' wishes and make changes as appropriate. Once the events have been deployed (this week, likely Monday night/Tuesday morning), I will start a thread here on TwoPlusTwo for structure discussions.
See below for details on the schedule, and get ready to qualify... satellites will begin this week!
