I appreciate that I am going against the consensus of probably better players than me - but the problem with this spot is as huffington post says we can't afford to get it in on virtually any board. We're playing with one hand tied behind our back and if V is any good he should know this and be able to exploit it.
The line that seems to be emerging as consensus is raise pre - c bet and then give up when called - But this is horribly exploitable - Because V can be floating the flop so wide we almost have to barrel the turn to avoid this - But then as in this case we have to barrel off 1/3 of our stack to find out we're not going to win this one.
I don't like either line over much so I don't think a fold pre
in this particular spot is terrible
