Is this line optimal? Is this line optimal?

Very near payout in 3k gtd turbo on ignition last night. I went out in 49th when it is folded to me in SB. I have Qs6s and 6bb's. And sitting in 41st.
This tournament paid 45 ($11 b.i.) and I felt that I could fold into the money. The BB who ended up calling my shove had almost twice my stack. Also no reads, maybe 5 hands on him, just moved to his table.
I don't think it is incorrect to do this, since the BB will be crippled here if wrong. Like I mentioned earlier, I could have folded into the money. Not certain of that but there were a couple SS's with less than one BB.
So I guess the question is, do I wait til the bubble bursts, then try to put it on the line? I know it is a push generally speaking, but with the payout so close did I make a suboptimal play?
And what range of hands in BB would u call a shove with BvB? With the SB at 6bb's and you have 10bbs.
Sorry if this post isn't well worded. 1st post for me.
