I linked them the thread in my email saying it showed how many different people were affected so wasn't a local issue (unless a Stars update caused it).

They obviously don't buy it though, if servers offered a good service at all tines must be like just a coincidence or something. Hmmm.

3 crashes yesterday, 2 today, never had anythin like it, client just freezes and only way to fix is to end task and restart client. Poor show when even 888 software runs smoother than yours.

Lolololol they offered me an 11 dollar refund for 5 hours of unplayable lag. So they insult me by lying to me first and then I get an insulting refund. My blood is starting to boil at the incompetency of these fools.

Client crashed several times requiring ctrl alt del and restarting. Especially annoying losing all time bank and timing out in sats.

Reported and sent log files in, got instructured to delete my user files which resets the software to default (loses all favourites, settings, preferences etc.). Exact same problem happened again and now I've got to reset up stars to how i had it configured. Not a happy bunny

Seems like it might be the update I'm not sure though I might try a session only laptop as someone in internet poker said it worked on his laptop but not his desktop (only thing I can think of is his laptop did not update last week, and bypassed it maybe)

Happening me a lot, i thought it was my laptop as stars was always good,
and any little freezes didn't last long. But lately it's been a total freeze requiring a shut down and reboot, which causes the client to open up as it would for a first time user' which loses all my table settings ,player notes, color tags, any modification and it's getting real tiring re-setting all of those.

I haven't played MTTs since Sunday, but on Monday I deleted user.ini folder or something, then uninstalled/reinstalled. I haven't had any problems since, but have just been donating at zoom rather than grinding mtts.

Not playing anymore until this gets fixed. Crashed like 4 times today. So annoying losing timebanks all the time and having to setup all the tables again. GL Stars

E-mailed support complaining about client hanging/crashes/lag/disconnects and got the standard bull**** response.

Bryan the way Pokerstars as a company is handling this is borderline fraud. Stars have repeatedly stated they are targeting 'Rec' players and new deposits - how many would have tried Pokerstars in the last year and never returned due to the horrendous lag/issues experienced and the support team flat out lying to them?

Refund denied even though I had 3 disconnections including at least one in the TCOOP ME in a raised pot.

Stars are so embarrassingly bad now it's not funny.

refund system and handling is just laughable
didnt even bother for the latest issues, just started playing less on stars and redepositing onto others.

a fair refund system would have to be based less on plain results and more on ev.

e.g. was timed out for software lag with a set in a 3-way 3bet pot, obv no refund since i mincashed later...
as well for regs almost impossible to track all those spots if multi/masstabling weekends.

stars support has fallen way behind the curve

Since the update I had few hours ago I lose connection to pokerstars all the time. Tables on Zoom are just closed by a server issue. Very frustrating.

I got that pop up when I made some changes to my user.ini file while my Stars client was on. And couple of days ago after I logged in I got that pop up even though I didn't change any settings. Also those options were very confusing "Save settings" or "Keep external changes"
