OMG I was watching Sportscenter at 2am after the Superbowl and Stuart Scott comes on and says a British news journalist published this photo found online. LOL. Then Michael Phelps says he was at University of South Carolina and did stuff he shouldn't and that it won't happen again. Then he made an apology.
