You're wrong, and what you refer to as "feel" is just an intuitive way of doing a math problem. When you're trying to "detect a bluff," you're making a guess about the frequency your opponent is bluffing at based on the data you've collected experientially. A computer can absolutely do the same thing based on the data it has collected, it is just much more difficult to program a computer to extrapolate related assumptions from a data point, e.g. that someone who bluffs in a certain spot is more likely to bluff in other specific spots, or that someone's bluff frequency is about to change drastically from their frequency over a larger sample because they just got caught bluffing, etc.
These adjustments are things that a HUD can't really help you with, but that's not an argument against giving yourself access to the information. You are also probably nowhere near as good as you think at making these adjustments, falling prey to the typical hindsight and selection biases that most poker players do, and would be much better off making fundamentally sound decisions based on the information available to you until you have a better grasp of how to do that, THEN try to work "feel" into your game.
