you do realize there are tons of 1st world countries out there with people that speak english, and the girls there have sexy accents? Just sayin, if all you miss is walmart (lol, seriously cannot believe this generation was raised thinking walmart is the solution to our shopping needs) and bars with hot chicks (american chicks are fat and needy/not down to earth), there are plenty of countries I can list off the top of my head. The only problem is finding social things to do to meet people and not grind your ass off/live with poker players. Living in an area with poker players, fine, waking up in the morning discussing hands, going to bed discussing hands? Leads to 0 balance in life and I personally can't do it for extended periods of time.
You make it sound like living abroad is some scary alternative world from the united states, which is pretty typical for most americans who don't travel at all compared to other cultures.
