It definitely is not, but helps cure your needing to play when you can't drive to a casino lol...not to mention, feels good working a piddly job and coming home to make more than you made that day sighs.

Even after you relocate, it's "not the same." It's great to be grinding on Stars again, but I miss going through the madness with the full spectrum of my friends and random people from the US.

Agreed. It still feels weird actually watching football on sundays instead of playing 20 tbls and the football is basically background noise

It's different here in Cabo. My poker friends are quickly becoming some of my closest friends. I love the camaraderie down here!

Black Friday was a wakeup call for all of us. I'd like to think I've matured a lot this year (when I'm not criticizing Chuck Bass). Poker in its current state might not be around forever -- so it's time to appreciate this lifestyle.

We're trying to dedicate a lot of hours to poker and also find time for the beach, tennis, golf, etc. I highly recommend relocating if you'll have some poker friends in your new country.

I'm not much for long-winded posts, but I have so many great things to say about living here in Cabo. Not trying to make anyone jealous -- I want you guys that are on the fence about moving to experience this!

Re: I Miss Online MTT Grind

Cabo's definitely at the top of the list a year from now. I'm too poor to be flying, shipping, and buying new stuff to go somewhere I can't feasibly drive to. I'm looking for a place around windsor, ont next week and hopefully grinding by the first part of december.
