They've set the precedent with the Brian's taking money from isuldur1 that violating the terms of service is a suspension at worst. It would be hypocritical of them to apply the rules differently to different players.

I have had to deal with FTP security when a tourney player clearly broke a substantial rule and I am sure FTP easily could have caught the perpetrator. Absolutely nothing happened to the person (this is not sour grapes, I won the tourney in question and was owed nothing). FTP proved throughout their "investigation process" that their security is a complete joke. I am pretty sure Jack will get to keep his money unless a lot more information comes to light.
