Yeh as i said dude i work shifts...I can't do any tournies when i'm on day shift (i'm in Australia, the good tournies start at 5am or so). Also before arvo's are dicey coz they won't finish in time (prob could do a turbo week instead).

I don't really see a problem here. You are a recreational player, play when you want/can, play whatever you want and are comfortable with. For someone in your position there is no need to make changes just because you did not make a profit in some arbitrary time period.

Poker is my job so if I take a day off I would play between 0 and 2 tournaments.

On a full grind I would guess between 100 and 200. 2210 games so far in december which is ~147 a day, although obv only halfway through sunday.

You can find all this info about any player yourself via sharkscope, buy a subscription and mess around on there.

and IMO a 2nd monitor is def the key. Twice the monitors twice the profit.

fwiw I work a fulltime job and am on 8k tournaments (90%, maybe 10% sats/sngs) for the year, mostly 10-16 tabling.

stop putting that "signature" under every post pls, it's tilting.

I work fulltime and play... put in 1 to 3 sessions mid week, mostly mtts/sngs but have been including more cash (plo & nl). And I try not to miss a Sunday. Playing between 6 to 12 tables is pretty standard for me but you should play as many as you are comfortable with.

Its also important to find several hours to study the game if you want to stay profitable.

Its all about life balance no matter what. Life, wife, work, poker, sleep, eat, recreation, gym, study, etc
