I Oppologize in advance but this might be a very long post.
I honestly dont know where to start as i have never written something like this. but i will try to be as clear as it gets on the situation.
I've been playing on stars for a few years now. never with the tone and volume as i did the past year+ ish. but i was profitable. not moorman but profitabe.
i am a father to 2 babies son at the age of 1y8m and daughter at the age of 8m.
I have been backed by Adrian ( Account name: Demetri1978 ) Since July 2013. Prior to that i have been playing mostly 3r 180's and was doing great at it. When i signed with him he seemed like a very nice person. strict rules but a great person. very polite and legit. the reason i was looking for a backer was because i desired in taking bigger shots at bigger scores. my roll was ok for grinding 3r 180's. but i couldnt afford the variance of mtt's.
we signed a contract where i would be able at 1st to play Sundays mtt's up to 22$ 1x33$ 1x55$ 1x109$ and 1x215$ ( obv the SM ). On week days i'd be allowed to play only 8$/3r$ 180's and hot 33 hot 11 hot 16. Reason for us signing this like that was because i was working fulltime as a security guard at a hotel in my city at the time. so in advance i told adrian my weekday sessions will not be long as my sunday sessions.

You can only play $3-$8 180 mans and one $33 MTT per day one $11 MTT per day and one $16 MTT per day up to $22 MTTs on Sunday and 1 $55 MTT 1 $109 MTT and 1 $215 MTT on Sunday once the stake has started and not play any other games (unless I say so)or be staked by anyone else on the site I stake you on!
If you are in make up and you want to play games that are not in the contract you must ask me first.You can not change the games,buy ins or contracted games until I confirm it.
If the stake is in profit you have two options.You can cashout once you confirm the numbers with me or you can use that profit to play any buy ins of your choice for the agreed games in your contract.
Cashouts must be done in full or you can not cashout
If you satellite into a tournament that you are not eligible to play due to the buy ins in your contract ,then you must ask me to play it.If I do not confirm that you can play it you must add the T$ to the stake and updates
If you satellite into a game you are not meant to play but the game has already started then you can play the game.But please try to avoid these satellites if you are in make up.
If you win a package or a ticket for a live event ,the profit cut will become 50/50 for the live event only.Any bonus stuff you win for a live event will be split 50/50 (e.g a car a ticket into another MTT ,etc etc)
You must be on Skype at all times when your playing!
When under my stake you must have all your stats unblocked and stay on search at all times!
Anytime I ask for an audit you must send within 24 hours.
You can not leave the stake in make up.You must carry on playing until the stake is back to $0+!
If you are in make up you can not apply for another stake on another site.
If you can no longer play on the site we have the stake on(Due to laws ,or I don't want you to play on that site any more or any other reason) and you are in make up ,the make up will still stand and I have the right to move you to another site and play.To work of the make up!
Whilst under my stake you must inform me of any cashouts ,transfers to other players etc etc before hand.You can not do either without my say so!
You can not stake players(or buy a %) on the site I back you on ,or you can not sell action for any of the games you play on the site I back you on.
If you are not going to play and not going to be on Skype for 3 days or more you must let me know before hand!!!(I get offline messages to my Skype)
The stake will start on the 9th July 2013 at 0:00 G.M.T GLGL(the stake is live from when I ship the funds)
Please post on Skype the total profit or loss so far in the stake to date, when you have finished playing for the day !!!(I get messages to my Skype 24/7 ,through my cpu or iphone)
I reserve the right to end the stake at any time I want ,without explanation(This I don't do much)
You must play no less than 900 games per month!
I reserve the right to change the buy in level to lower buy ins and change the games you play if the stake is in make up.(I don't do this much)
All monies and FPPs/FTPs are the horses responsibilities,if lost to hacking or any other reason the horse will be responsible and the money or FPPs/FTPs lost will be added as make up.(Get a RSA token is my advice ,but it's your choice)
Once the money is shipped and we confirm ,all games (SNG,MTTs and cash)played on the site I shipped to are under the stake!
The profit cut is 60/40 in favor of the horse, FPPs/FTPs/Rakeback and ALL bonuses/site promotions will be split 60/40 (all FPPs/FTPs player points must be saved up for cash bonuses,unless I say otherwise) (mile stones BOP, Stellar rewards,TLB and all money made outside of play at the tables,will be split at the end of the stake,unless I say otherwise)
All the FPPs/FTPs Bonus side of the stake can not be used to clear make up(unless I say so).They will be cashed when we both agree on it.
I can also request we do random cashouts if there is any profit.
If I ask for a specific hand history you must send within 24 hours so me or one of my coaches can review it.
If I ask for an audit of your poker account or a copy of your hand history you must send it to me as soon as possible
You must inform me of all account activate when is comes to player transfers to and from your account ,any time you use your FPPs/FTPs,any bonuses received,any cashouts you do.This must be done before the transaction has been made or straight after(in the case of receiving a bonus)

And then we started playing. The 1st month was meh okish. i got 4th in hot 33 so we made a tiny chop cause i needed some cash. after that all things went sour grind wise. i was losing. At the time i blamed variance like a child. later on i understood my game had leaks. many. either way i was losing. reviewed a bit tried coaching. but still losing. Mu was getting bigger and bigger.
Moving foward to where things started to go sour...
I honestly dont have accurate dates, its probably deep within my chat logs with adrian but im guessing somwhere around october we had our 1st big Blowout. Needless to say if needed ill go dig it up. i remember quitting my job. around the time he started getting mad about how terrible my game was and how im losing him money. then he decided he wanted to drop me in stakes back to grinding only 180's. i think MU at the time was around 6-7k.
Yes i know it is within my contract that he decides if to drop in stakes or not. Dont worry. im not saying im a white angel in this entire story.
anyways i got mad told him in the middle of the conversation that i refuse to go back to grinding 7k MU at 180's. i signed with a backer so i can play mtts not only 180's.
Now before i continue its important that you understand that when i say " i refused" atm we were still discussing and for me it was just like trying to scare/convince him to not drop my stakes ( yes i know its a douche move ). but NEVER have i EVER registred a tournie not in the contract without his permission. he will never be able to prove me wrong on that.
When i said the word i refuse the real adrian smith finally woke up. Foul language with words such at " idiot, stupid, ******,****er" you chose went flying. Then Life threats started and other threats such as ill make you and your family famous, ill contact all your friends. all kinds of threats. i admit i was suprised that was the person i was dealing with. Eventually he offered an even better deal, i give him that credit. he proved i was losing most the money on my higher buyins. and given the fact i was unemplyed we decided ill be able to play 22$ mtts and 180's the entire week. i'd have to drop the SM/109/55. i was sad i couldnt play the SM but agreed eventually. and we were off to the grind again. I had some money saved from settlements from work so i figured i could stay off finding a job and grind for the time being. even spend time with the kids for a change. i was actually happy.
i kept losing going deeper and deeper in MU. most of it to mtt's i wont lie.
during those months adrian was even nice enough to give me some prechops. to help out. he also got me a coaching session with a coach of his chosing. guess he had a discount or something. we reviewed a deep run of mine in the 8r and the coach said he thinks my game is very good. spotted a few leaks which i think i fixed.
we had a few more blowouts on how terrible i am with a share of insults/threats along the road. but ill cut it short for now. again ill dig it up if needed. somwhere on january i was droped to playing only 3r 180's and at the time i agreed. around the begining of febuary i was sitting on 13-14k MU. and i ran out of savings. got to a point where i have no income to support my family. i contacted adrian and told him im gonna need to find a job. that i cannot sit at home and grind out 13k in 3r 180's for him without any cash. he went berserk and off to the life threatning and family ruining. this was actually the 1st time i decided to use the same language he has used againt me. telling him to shut the **** up and how i was tired of his threats. he will not be able to find a use of bad words before that date from my side. i appologized countless times that i've wasted my time and his money. i never planned on losing. but this was the situtation. i told him that i'd try my best to earn his money back. but ill have to work and volume will drop a lot. and on w/e spare time i have ill grind. he didnt care. threats kept coming. i went to sleep and the day after he offered me a deal.
The deal was that ill play only what he wants me to with required volume and other terms in return he'd give me 1k (1.7k prechop, deal was 60/40) at the last day of every month. he said he thinks ill be able to profit enough with tournies of his chosing so we can have a prechop every month and still slowly grind down that MU. i instantly accepted the deal. this way i can still make a living ish and earn him back his cash. not accepting that to me would be like scamming him right in his face. he also said this :

i've completly ignored him since noon. because i wanted opinions 1st on what others would do.
its important you understand almost everytime sometime ddidnt go his way over the past 10months this was the exact way he threatned me and spoke to me in general. i only started talking back at him when i got sick of it. i feel enslaved.
i never droped the stake. i had no choise but to start working. especially when he tells me half way trough the month i wont be getting paid. i have 2 babies and bills to pay. i told him it will take time countless times but ill grind it out. even if it takes a year+. i even offered at one point he just let me pay the prechops but he wouldnt even imagine such a scenario.

- Got staked by demetri1978 in July 2013 to include mtt play with 180s (was br'd for 3.5r 180s already), this included bigger tourneys on sundays
- Things go decently to start and profit gets chopped, slowly fall into more and more makeup
- Demetri offers coaching, reviews, etc but makeup continues to pile on
- October 2013 first blow up happens and Demetri gets aggressive, threats life for 1st time. stake is changed to include only 22 and under mtts and 8 and under 180s for the entire week
- A coach asigned by adrian agrees my game is on the right lvl for the games im playing.
- Makeup continued to pile to approx 14k until February 2013
- I approaches Demetri and sais he cannot continue playing full time because he needs money to support his family, sais he will get a job and continue to play 3r 180s when he can to grind back the makeup
- Demetri blows up, ends up offering deal for strictly 3r 180s/satties which includes a 1k a month salary for asylum if volume is maintained and no other stakes are played
- February ends with profit but not enough to cover the full chop, but the salary is provided as promised
- Mid March Demetri decides that I am not profiting enough to get the monthly salary that was part of the deal
- Asylum informs him that he will have no choice but to get a job without the guaranteed chops because he needs money, demetri blows up and threatens asylum with various different things
