Has this been resolved? I know OP mentioned that there were some negotiations going on, but he never confirmed that he had been paid & the title remains the same.

I'm just someone who plays in the same home game(s) as Carter would back at home. I played with him a few times last year after he returned back home to NC. What I've heard recently from local players is that he is back on the circuit grind because of his WSOP win. I know his brother is currently playing locally, and they both play online here-and-there.

Hope things were worked out.

Good news people. Tom and Carter have reached a resolution that involves Tom being paid in full. As part of the agreement, Tom and Carter have asked that this thread be closed, and the title be changed to reflect the resolution.
