Breakfast, in for a long session, blueberry smoothies are great.
2dls of oatmeal, 100g frozen blueberrys, 100g raspberrys.
Tablespoon of akacia honey, fresh orange juice, kiwi fruit if you have any is awesome but isnt best friends with the mixer, so stomp it down with a mortar before you mix it all.
Forgot yoghurt. You probably need a liter. Light or mild products are ****. 3% fat at least and you want the bitterish flavor.
