Who randomly goes out of their way and arranges to meet somebody on the internet in a bar to

a) help them purchase a fruit that is available to buy everywhere, or

b) set up an elaborate pun based practical joke for their own personal amusement?

OP, it was a funny story but I can't believe people actually believe it happened.
