1. Receive unlimited transfers
No points will be deducted for any transfers you make up to the Gameweek 2 deadline (11:30 BST on Saturday 20th August 2011). If you have already made transfers and had points deducted, these will be restored to your overall total by midnight on Tuesday 16th August 2011. If you have already opted to play your wildcard, this too will be restored at the same time.

‪2. Opt to start mini-league scoring at Gameweek 2
The option is available to all mini-league administrators to start the scoring from Gameweek 2. Go to 'Leagues' > 'League name' > 'Administer' > Select 'Gameweek 2' in 'Scoring Starts' drop-down menu and click 'Update league details'.

I'd just say leave it as it is, and let us just use the free transfers. (I've only got 20 odd points so far this gameweek)

def have to count week 1, some of us lose a slight edge with the unlimited free transfers / refunds for week 2 but hey, all part and parcel!

I think we should leave it as it is. We all had the same problems, people who decided to wait till the last 24 hours or so shouldn't feel that they had a detrimental position compared to the rest of the field.

I was gonna say you'd be raging if you already had like 100pts this week, and everyone else gets free transfers, but it's obviously worse if you start scoring at week 2.

Wow... drama. Agree not to re-set the scores. Wouldn't be fair on anyone who has a great first gameweek.

At least we can all revel in the 1/1,500,000 chance that we might win a trip to go to see Utd. play Chelsea.

How are people meant to find out about this though? I can't see anything on the fantasy site and when I go to make transfers it still says it'll cost me points.

Yeah they haven't broadcasted it very well yet, regarding the points:

my concern is, if i make 8 transfers now and it docks 24 points, i dont want it to cause me to lose in the HU league like it normally would.

They will replace the points but the result also?

They will be free transfers, just like in pre-season. I think it's coz the site hasn't updated just yet. Wait for a few days, then it should just have it all as free again
