I don't think ROIs higher than 10% are feasible longterm. I think closer to 6-7% probably.

Im just starting playing the $1 45 mans should i play less then my normal tables to begin to color code the good regs/bad regs? or does it matter at micros
If you don't plan on staying at $1 very long (which most people don't) i find no reason to, play as many as you can at once.

Very rarely in fact it must be over a year since I have been. I think it is an awesome venue just not a live poker fan, I get bored very quickly getting about 20 hands/hour.
