While i understand how you think in my experience with around 40 people or so that had one or more deals with me not one from south america scammed me personally

It was all wealthy (euro) countries (netherlands germany uk us)where the scammers came from for me not argentina colombia etc
Would be intestering to see real numbers about this but sadly not gonna happen without biased samples

Just actually had time to read this and realized some of the hating on nationalities in this thread. It's not a place for that and won't be tolerated from this point on. There are scumbags in every corner of this planet, but where they are located or their race has nothing to do with the actions they choose.

This thread does not help the poker community at all.

This thread serves only one purpose... to attempt to scare those that have stolen from you to repay their debt before they get outted. And I have zero problem with this, good for you. But it in no way helps the community. Doing one a month.. hell one a week.. would take so long. So basically scammers can go on scamming innocent backers/individuals until you finally get around to naming them? Alphabetical order? Amount stolen?

If you want to help the community, name them all (you dont need to copy excerpts of conversation.. just name them and amount stolen). This way the community knows who is who. If those individuals want to defend themselves, they have all the opportunity to clear their names, and let the popcorn eating begin.

To pretend that this thread is anything but an attempt to collect losses is absurd. Once again I dont have anything against that, but just be open about it, because you are definitely not helping the community under the current format you have selected.

It surely doesn't hurt the poker community that is for sure. If anything it sets the tone for potential scammers letting them know that if they do steal money it will be brought to the forefront and lots of people will be aware of their actions. Sure it might not maek that much of a difference but it certainly doesn't hurt.

But ya, I don't understand why zima doesn't release all the names and info about people who have scammed him. Doesn't really make sense to be releasing all these cases in some kinda tv show manner building suspense every week or month as if its some kind of game.

WTF I am talking about, is the manner the information is disseminated. Either spill the beans, or don't. I think all scammer's should be outed. So out them.. or dont. But to do it piecemeal, over a long stretch of time, makes absolutely no sense. Lets sum up what happens..

Zima writes a clear, concise history of an individual scammer... followed by 70 posts of .. 1) im subscribed! 2) This should be good! 3) Good luck Zima!!!.. etc etc etc. Throw in a few gifs, a few pics, and voila.. here we are.

Nothing of substance is added, no new information is shed. Well, I find this silly. Sorry. If 100 people have scammed zima, then there are 100 people who have potential to scam someone else. Just out them all. This concept of... stay tuned to find out who is next on "Zima's Wheel of *******s" is absurd.

hes outing some while increasing the chances he gets paid back. Before this sheets/bax never outed anyone... zima/smok outed a few guys occasionally in mttc. Apparently, he is going to out a ton of guys itt, a lot more than what was being done before. Why does this bother you so much? I think it's an improvement and it's also his business, he can handle it however he wants to.

You know what's worse?

When people criticise those who come forward with names of scammers.

Zero downside to whatever way Zima chooses to name people, at least he'll do it without the hysteria of the ghostbusters thread.

99% of the guys i will be outing in this thread are already outed somewhere else (either by myself in the negative feedback thread in the marketplace, or in a thread somewhere). I also think that by the time i out all the guys we have staked, i will have some good ones who stole FTP money from us.

I dont have the time to sit here for days and write out all the stories with chat logs/whatever. I like to have the opening post well "crafted" with all the info and a timeline clearly set. its pretty tedious going through skype chat logs and taking out all the spaces/whatever. I was going to do one every so often for a few reasons. None of the reasons are (is?) to "create suspense".

The next scumbag on the list is Michael Le. He plays as tokyo09 on stars. He also is friends with another scumbag who i despise, Shyam Srinivasan (G's zee). have i told this story before, yes. Do i think it needs more discussion, yes.


lets focus more on diego though for the time being.
