First of all, has anyone ever seen Marchese and Reynolds in the same room together? Are you sure they're not the same person?
I played with Tom all day on Day 2 of the Mohegan $5K at the table of death and was very impressed with his play. Based on what I saw and his results he's definitely on my very short list of people to take in a WPT or some other real poker tournament that involves postflop poker, as is Jason. But WSOPs are mostly about grinding a short stack for hours and days on end. It could well be that he's a great person to pick for that, but I really have no idea, in that capacity he's an unproven quantity. There are a lot of players who have great WPT records and ****ty WSOP records and vice versa -- they're really totally different types of poker.
Jason grinds short stacks for hours on end all the time in various side events all over the world and has done very well at that. He's the person to pick for this bet, period. I'd pick Charder over Tom based on track record in tournaments that require grinding (and flipping ability

) as well. IMO.
