WW Schedule and Game Request Thread - Page 89 - Puzzles and Other Games Forum

I'd like to request an April 6 spot to run Anniversary.

The current mod team is gambit8888, KruZe and me.

I would like to enlist the help of another game mod.

What I am looking for:

Previous experience as a lead mod, preferably in Mish-Mashes.
The ability to do one of the following:
- Process Night Actions in the morning and open the game thread at SOD, OR
- The ability to mod the game thread from 6PM EST till EOD, which will be at 9PM EST.

I am in a light panic mode, btw. Of course, I will still run it even if I don't get additional help, but I am already prone to mod mistakes, so things might get really ugly in a very large game. Also I would rather avoid staring at a screen for 12h/day.

I think this is now up to date. I will post a signup for my game in a day or two. Looks like I have carte blanche for the schedule, so I will also finish up a vanilla+ Batman game designed which will shamelessly steal Gabethebabe's most recent game design but with Batman flavor. I will take co-mods if anyone wants to help with SOD, EOD, and/or processing night actions. Game design feedback is also welcome but not necessary.

I am pretty sure BenjaminAO's Doctor Who game already ran, or is this a second iteration?

I recommend some changes.
Take out the barber and his shop and the entire clean mechanism.
The lolobvious strategy in the game was to buy weapons. If you want to balance that out, make weapons more expensive and/or less effective. that will also make a village gunsmith be less overpowered. Dynamite ought to be restricted or cut from the game, it is too provilla.
The Church was ignored almost entirely day 1-2. Fix that. I know how to, but I'm sure you can think of something too

I genuinely thought the dynamite was pro wolf especially if an "outed" wolf had enough money, they could have took a clear villa before being lynched.

An outed wolf using dynamite on a clear villager is about the same as lynching that wolf and NK-ing that villager. It shortens the game by about a day, which is prowolf. But I'd think that buying a gun and shooting the clear villager (hoping to hit) might be more or about the same amount prowolf.

You could give a bonus to whoever visits the church more days, for example multiply the contribution by (number of days visited). Or you could state that the NK will be randed among whoever visited every day or at least two days.

Yea I don't know what the rule (if any) we decided on was, but imo we shouldn't be advertising games on other sites here UNLESS you either play in it yourself or reciprocate with an advertisement post on your site for a game here.
