I thought it was BS, but I've never really watched the movie.

According to this ratings thing I read it's PG-13 because of:

So ruling seems ok on its surface...but just because a movie has violence doesn't mean it's a "violent movie". The fact that it's not even rated R would tend to disprove the notion that it would be a violent movie, even though it does in fact contain violence. Would you also describe Titanic as a sex movie? Or a movie about drugs?
