I do better when I write the scrambled letters down in about 5 different orders. It is a time killer but I might take 20 seconds and do that next time. Also, the 3 minute thing not working, so I am going to try and use the full 5.

trying to find the right balance of time and max words..

I play a game on my phone called Wordament with a lot of stuff translatable to this in terms of seeing words in letters & learning random words that I have no idea what they mean but are actual words.

I thought it was 1:29 when I read the OP quickly, but seems to be obviously incorrect. I just load it up, type stuff until I can't think of anything else for like 2 seconds, & then send it. Then regret it because I'm like oh, what about these words?
