I am sympathetic to your problem.
I think, however, that a player that cannot dedicate at least 1h per day to the game will almost never have any positive impact on it. And that does not necessarily mean "1h of posting" -reading is as important as posting.

If my Dragon Age Mish-Mash will not fill -and it seems that indeed it won't- that would certainly suck both for the players that signed up for the game and for me, because designing these games takes time.
However, I prefer that a game of mine does not run than to see it filled by people that cannot even dedicate 1h per day to it. WW is a participation game.
Again, I understand and respect the fact that many people cannot dedicate that time; RL is more important than WW. I simply think they should not be in my games.
This is how I feel about the subject: other game mods will probably disagree.
