Well ive got a bit of a mix, so ill take my hits with the misses. I think I made some good choices based on music I enjoy though

Apparently it's not as well known in the US as it is here- doesn't even have its own wiki page (neither does Kissing In The Back Row). I mean, we were picking from the Rock and Roll hall of fame, there aren't exactly many obscure artists on there. I at least picked something that was completely different to what everyone else picked, and something that most of the younger walruses won't be familiar with.

I mean I constantly submit mainstream stuff in these; I still think that a person should care more about just throwing stuff they like into the middle for discussion than should care about their final score, because it does seem to me that the game is just a vehicle to facilitate discussion of music. But yeah, going at least somewhat obscure is generally the way if you do prioritize scoring well.

I find that this is a creepier nod than the Departed one.

I would like to welcome LKJ to the dark side.

Judging this second category takes forever, because I find myself undergoing entire research projects for a lot of the songs in a quest to clarify the darkness embedded in the lyrics. But I'm close to halfway done with them. Since football is only 90 minutes away, I definitely wouldn't expect reveal #2 to happen until tomorrow, because I can't imagine that the second half of these entries are anything that I'm just going to magically blow through really quickly.

The next question is probably a decent bit breezier when it comes to the listening and judging process.

No good early games. On with the reveal

Even when none of the lineup of games appeals individually (which honestly I don't even agree with today), it's a rare thing that one or two doesn't deliver anyway. Redzone is magic.

I'd be tuned in to NE/Buffalo if my stupid local CBS would allow it. But no, they have to play the deeply uninteresting Peyton Manning game.

I don't actually know any of the other top five. Will listen at work tomorrow.

Other thoughts:

- ABBA confirmed good, but agree that SOS isn't one of their best tracks.
- Rudie Can't Fail the most underrated here. Ridiculous that two outta four Chilis tracks beat it.
- Binkles Queen worst tracks - I'd upgrade Living on my Own (I actually really like this track) and One Vision but the rest are all dross (I have a soft spot for These are the days of our lives but it's nothing to do with the actual song really).

Wait, are we actually ranking Queen's WORST songs itt? As if ranking their best songs wasn't bad enough.

I'm starting to think that Nick decided this reveal was way too peaceful, so he decided to throw us the "Queen suck" bait.
