should be up to you so you try hard to win no matter your role imo

well yeah but allowing subs to choose if they get points or not means you could just sub hunt and win every game

You're right. I should adhere to my above rules. D1 subs you're at no disadvantage but if you sub on d2 (no matter how early) you don't have the chance to 'sweep' if you're villa. So I'll remove you and 72off that subbed d2 in another game.

speaking of subs, there was an interesting situation last night.

i was randed into a game that i shouldnt have been randed into(outed in signup, got randed in anyway)

after d1 VMF subs in for me, but then 72off tried to sub in for me as well. VMF had 4 posts, but 72 sent a sub message to replace for me and tatiana subbed 72 in for VMF.

originally randed villager and village lost. who does that loss actually go to? i had 0 posts and was randed, VMF had 4 posts on d2, and 72off finished off d2 and got lynched d3.

yea I mentioned that above

none of you will get points for a win OR loss in this situation (i.e game doesn't count for you)
-you never played
-VMF barely played
-72 subbed in halfway through d2 and is put at an unfair advantage if he's wolf or disadvantage if he's villa)

hey guys looks like the spreadsheet is filling out nicely, and I'm already thinking ahead for post-april and need some ideas

Do you think that
a) I should continue documenting points for all games played or
b) stick with monthly-series' but add a more complex point system?
