Here's my ideal plan after considering wind/sails/cargo, along with the chance I'll make it and my alternatives.

Having to take an alternative at any point would likely change the rest of the plan. The % of making is not conditional on making it to the previous port, it's just the % I'll get there on schedule.

Rules Question, Can I momentarily have OVER the maximum load of units whilst a Port?

The ship load is the maximum ammount of load it can carry and be seaworthy. Whilst at a Port, players can potentially have more units than what their ships can carry, they just CANNOT take to the sea with more units than the maximum cargo allowance of their ship.
