wolves ran insanely cold this game catching powervillas btw. They successfully found ONE powervila on their own CPHoya, and got me cause I claimed. Other than that, straight vanilla deaths the entire way, which was huge.

I told them to lynch you but they didn't listen. They did catch a wolf though.

Unfortunately noone paid much attention - given I never give a wolflist like that - I thought some would notice.

But I was getting bizarre posts left right and centre from players I have played alot of games with.

Digger I've been raving about your villa game for like 2 weeks now, and this is even more ridiculously good.

I have forsaken my desire to survive in my analysis of the game. Both as a villa and a wolf.
It liberates my mind and my reads.
If you do not mind being mislynched in either role - you see the game with slightly more clarity.
I think it is a subconsious desire in most players. That and the need to not be fooled again, clouds peoples perceptions of other players - I try very hard to resist that desire as well.

Just from my cursory assessment - the village performed adequately.
But the wolves did not seem to do enough for the village to blend in properly.
I think it is probably not good for the wolfpack that LL perhaps there strongest player was in one of there strongest roles.
Usually strong players a better off being vanilla particularly in wolfpacks.
Given that the village will eventually draw the conclusion rightly or wrongly that their mere presence in the game is suspicious.

I was trying to keep myself in the game for as long as possible. Make myself always a potential lynch target for the villagers and never a night kill for the wolves.
The "vote" on cphoya really worked just way too well in my favour, lol

Well, I honestly didn't think there was another seer (ewalsh) out there. Mistake on my part. Your role confused me completely. I couldn't work out the vig/no vig stuff. I didn't really care about the angel. We could get around him.

But, really, it was the pointer thing that messed us up. Had he not gotten heat early this would have been a completely different game imo. It implicated every one of us.

In hindsight, I don't know how important it is to try to save the wolf vig. Had we gone ahead and bussed him, well, I dunno..........

I think vigs on either side are high variance and hard to balance around.

fwiw, I wasn't lying about a lot of stuff. Overall pretty burned out since drew carey. I felt an obligation to the team here, but I doubt I ever put much effort in any another game again. Not worth spending the time to figure things out if no one listens or cares. Not lying about the bsball stuff either. Pretty much don't ever want to be in a game with him again.

Great game, Esse - most fun I've had in ww in a very long time. Those puzzles were hella hard though

Oh, and the fake ending was great too - at least in retrospect I'm glad I read on before unleashing the 'wtf! That's the lamest **** ever in the history of ww!' post I was about to compose
