Those bass vocals definitely made the song - totally outshined the female vocals. Loved the slight creepy vibe this song had. Great instrumentation too.
So, I actually dislike crude humor very very much but this could've been much worse. The song was mostly tolerable. Also, I thought the bridge was pretty good.
This song is somewhat boring for like the first 2 minutes. Then I think it gets pretty decent for the remainder of the song. But still.. those first 2 minutes - not too fun.
This song features some nice guitar work as I'd expect from a guitar legend. However, this song was kind of all over the place. And I usually don't mind that sort of stuff, but it was a little hard for me to get into in this case.
Very nostalgic. This was the kind of music I listened to during my teen years and I especially loved this song. Hearing it again now I like it less, but such is life.
Sorta mixed feelings. I like everything but 'cryyyyying'. This song would've been so much better for me without it being said like it was and so often. Great beat though.
So the particular sound this song has isn't very original. A bunch of sentimental alternative rock songs sound like this.. I just think it was done pretty well regardless.
Everything about this song is great. The mood, the pace, the vocal effects, the instrumentation especially. I don't remember liking this song this much before so this was a pleasant re-experience.
So this song is all over the place but it does work for me. I remember listening to this song long ago but didn't really care for it that time. Enjoying it a lot more now. Very goofy.
Lettuce take a short break for me to apologise for not revealing earlier in the day again. The laziness is getting to me. We'll see if I can do better next time.
First, I'd like to commend you on the fact that you submitted a song that could fit with either half of the category - impressive. And this song made me laugh super hard through the first couple of listens. Unfortunately, once the whole novelty factor wears off it's kinda not great.
Love the mood this song has. Really enjoying Susanne's singing as usual. And holy sax. The speaking child's section was a little cheesy but I enjoyed it anyway.
I actually thought the first half of verses were great. And then guitars seem to go an octave up and the vocals go higher for the second half and I just start to totally hate the sound of the song. Chorus didn't really improve anything for me.
Not everyone's cup of tea, but I had a blast listening to this. The vocals are definitely more 'freaky' than your typical extreme metal vocals. Way more pitchy and shrieky but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved that the song had a spooky vibe going throughout it rather than just having the band play hard and fast. And the breakdown around 2:30 was fantastic.
