I feel like a million ****ing dollars today. I ate mad heavy weed last night, slept in late like a boss and made bacon and eggs for breakfast before rolling in to work to get my raise and chug Dr Pepper 10 while watching youtube.

And it's deadlift day!

The new Gore Vidal documentary on Netflix is good, although obv. anti-American. He was quite a character. I read most of his history series. Burr and Lincoln are especially good.

Quite common practice amongst bosses. More common than you think. Its actually somewhat commonly referred to as the "slimey soab" raise. Where they acknowledge you deserved a raise and give you almost the Max, but keep a little to themselves to ensure you continue striving to get better each day week year etc etc
