I'm pretty sure that the chances of me coming back and cashing with <0.5bb are <0.0000001%, whereas if i'm good then the extra 223 chips become 446 if i double up again, then 892 etc etc etc and probably would end up making a difference

No not at all, I just don't think he cbets this board with anything worse than AsQs, AsKs, QQ+ or 99. Also it's kinda hard to bluff in this spot with the fish behind who is probably calling super wide.

A standard tag reg is going to play his hand pretty face up on the turn and you will be able to play perfectly against him. I am not worried about the fish because he will call with worse anyway.

Basically, I am never folding in this spot because the hand is so easy to play from here.
