kind of hard to bluff when taking a line that doesn't represent something stronger than what my opponent is representing and doesn't put a fold button on his screen

Re: Post Crazy Poker Happenings to Share wiith Poggers here
Interesting hand I played a couple months ago, wanted to get peoples' thoughts on it.
It was either 1/2 or 2/5, can't remember which, and it's not particularly important. Say it was 2/5 cause that's what I think it was.
Villain is probably 40, not crazy. Haven't really seen him get out of line much, appears to be pretty tight. I have been active and probably appear "super aggro" to the point of slightly wild to the table.
stack sizes are about 500. I get KQs in mid-late position and raise to 20. I get one caller from the small blind. Everyone else folds.
flop 553r. He checks, I bet 30, he raises me to 75.
Decision Point 1:
a. fold: Obviously the "standard" play. He's been pretty tight, hasn't messed around much, and definitely could have a 5.
b. flat/float: hope he was bluffing and will give up on the turn. I've been aggressive so maybe this was a cheap bluff attempt to push me off the exact hand I have right now.
c. reraise: lolvariance, but this will likely force him to fold a 3 and other low/mid pocket pairs. a 5 obviously isn't folding, but how likely is a 5 anyway given his preflop action?
So let's pretend I 3bet the flop (lol I did) to 175, and let's pretend that he called pretty quickly. At this point I am hating life and don't really want to put more money in the pot.
The turn is a Ko. Eh. I guess it's a good card for me. He checks to me. I play pot control and check behind, with the plan of reevaluating the river based on what happens. I don't bet because if I get c/r I have to fold and if I'm ahead I can get value on the river instead of the turn.
The river is a meaningless 9. He leads into me for 200.
Options are
a. fold
b. call
c. there is no c
I can see legitimate arguments being made for both plays.
Thoughts?

Re: Post Crazy Poker Happenings to Share wiith Poggers here
On the turn, isn't there like 400 in the pot and effective stacks are ~300? I would think b/f at those sizes is pretty bad.
My non-NL-playing ass would probably call. If he thinks you are aggro as you claim, then I imagine he wouldn't expect you to have a king here, so he would value bet his pocket pair.
Also if he is tight, there shouldnt be that many 5's in his range. 33 is possible, so if you called and lost, it was to that rather than a 5.

Re: Post Crazy Poker Happenings to Share wiith Poggers here
I would fold against the villain as described. He's not really repping 77 very well when he c/r and snaps a 3-bet. It seems like 99.9% of his range is 33 and 5x
