yeah probably.

people who play on stars, how do you table select? On party I have a nice little clownlist and Full tilt you can colour code players and see it in the lobby, but on stars i dunno how to efficiently find fishies

kokiri, raise pre to 4x with 100% of your range when SB open limps your BB. This will be insanely profitable since you have position and he has a fairly weak range. Bet flop. Bet bigger on turn and river since he never has an overpair and you are only behind 6x

This, unless he has a stacksize where he can shove back a good percentage of the time in which case I check preflop more.

Ever tried using Telescope? I don't play on Stars but I use spadeit's products on other sites, they make finding the fish so much easier but they can be a little bit unstable on some computers. Give the free trial a go and see if you like it.

I did this for a long time, but I found the stat to be misleading. I don't know how they derive this stat, but I don't think it goes back for many hands. I've been on what would be considered active tables (according to the stats) that weren't and vice versa.

I generally try to get on tables with the fewest short stackers. I don't necessarily hate playing against shortstackers, just don't want to be on a table with a bunch of them. I also play enough to know who most of the regs are and avoid tables with multiple regs. There are some regs I completely avoid - they just cause to many problems.

Did this help? Probably not.

No idea. Telescope (the Stars version) doesn't offer datamining like the other versions so it may be allowed and Spadeit generally try to make sure their software does keep up with what the different sites allow. Check with Stars before you use it, I don't want to be responsible for anyone having their roll confiscated.

Re: Post Crazy Poker Happenings to Share wiith Poggers here

My general table selection process if I am on a site where I don't have spadeit is to check my buddy list, then sort by players/flop and then get on any waiting lists where there are no more than two shortstackers and that aren't just 6 regs fighting it out. I generally hunt out unknown players as most of the fish don't last that long but that only really works if you are somewhere with a smallish player pool.

If you are on a site that allows datamining, datamining for half an hour before each session is great so that you get a few hands on all the new players. Spadeit's semi-smart mining service is the nuts for this, you can tell it to only mine the tables with unknowns.

I promise I'll shut up about spadeit now, must be starting to sound like a sales rep
