I'm waiting on a ruling whether I'm playing master3004 or Zurvan(alternate). If Master, also need a ruling whether his first play stands(i am on top of the bracket). I'm fine either way, just lmk so we can get started asap.

GG, Timon. I jumped up by about 80 pretty early with a couple bingos (SHOWERED, ALIENATE). He eventually chipped away with his own bingo, TRENDIER, and made it close again. Oddly, none of our bingo words were >60 IIRC.

I wasn't a fan of my final rack of ANLIUV at first, but was able to find a place to go out. Had QI/UNAI for a good score. He came back with FEND to tie it up, but I had LEV/LA to close it out. I had a back up place for my V with EVEN, but was hoping the LEV/LA combo would stay open so I could close out the game and guarantee the win, as opposed to keeping my L assuming he would use his final letters of GT (?), and hoping it wasn't enough.

GG, SirRawrs. I thought it was going to be a blowout but I managed to slowly get back in the game. This is the screenshot before the final move:



Couldn't complete the comeback but it was a fun game. GL the rest of the way.

You can, but it will have to be a new game since top bracket gets first play in the 1st round.

Start a new game with Master, and we're good to go. I'll follow up with Zurvan to put him back on the alternate list should we have another 1st round snafu.

Thanks to everyone for their patience getting this started. It's a pretty large tourney, and has gone remarkable smooth all things considered. PM me (in 2+2 or WWF) if I need to straighten anything out. We have a couple of alternates who can still step in if your 1st round opp hasn't responded.
