In other news I went to Noma last night and it was so much better than I was expecting

Like, I was expecting it to be good, and it was just ridiculously amazing in every way

Most money I've ever spent on a meal and don't regret a cent of it

Now I'm taking a day trip to Sweden! Europe is silly like that

You know, us REAL Danes in Jutland already consider Sealand/Sjælland a part of Sweden.

The family had dinner at Portillo's tonight. I kept it simple. Italian Beef (w/peppers and cheese) dipped, fries and split a chop salad. Oh and I lifted a drink in the direction of Chicago. Cheers!
