Gad, If you have seen The Night Of I have a lawyering question in spoilers. This question is obviously for anyone else that has an opinion.

How realistic is it the DA would finish trying to convict Khan despite strong evidence the money manger did it, and then turn around and go after the miney manger.
Diesnt seem realistic. Also, I know as a lawyer you aren't really supposed to have a heart, you are supposed to do your job, but following through with a murder conviction in light of new evidence to the contrary you actually believe seems a little harsh even for a lawyer.

Unfortunately, it is not unrealistic or even terribly uncommon. It is, however, both unethical and illegal to withhold exculpatory information from the defense.

The family had dinner at Portillo's tonight. I kept it simple. Italian Beef (w/peppers and cheese) dipped, fries and split a chop salad. Oh and I lifted a drink in the direction of Chicago. Cheers!
