I can find a whole replacement unit but it's 3x the price.
A lower voltage (e.g. 12v@1.5a) will run the train slower. Your 15v@0.5a transformer will probably work (overspec'd train motors ftw) but obviously isn't ideal. It may work great or blow it's fuse or die from overheating in a little while. If it was me and I had it on hand, I would try it. But I would look elsewhere if you are needing to purchase it.

BTW, the original transformer is probably still fine. I'm guessing it just blew it's fuse. The train motor on the other hand... (nah, the brushes couldn't burn out that fast - maybe)

Ebay should have these transformers cheap.

Ac to ac is much harder to come by than ac to DC. Maybe I should just get some wire and rig up a home made job.

*I* would crack open that original transformer. I would test the fuse, find it blown and then solder over that puppy.

(The Driver is a professional on a test track. Do not attempt at home)

Gambit probably had to change his pants after that Purdue Michigan State game.

My Boilers put a real scare into his #2 rated Spartans.

Search slickdeals for good cc deals.

I've the costco amex, discover, capital one, disney.

I use the costco card the most. I'm usually a fan of those sign up bonus deals. (Free money)

Lol. Kinda.

Your line isn't bad. Once upon a time I was consistently getting 180s on (informally administered) practice tests, but apparently I can't do that any more. Today I had to guess on three questions, and it's always possible I missed at least one more. Typically, two questions wrong is still a 180, but I'm expecting 177 or 178, and even that isn't guaranteed.

Either the test is harder than it used to be, or I'm slower. Or both — which I think is the case.

Really seriously disappointed that I didn't manage to book any action on the atak LSAT.

I remember you saying some time ago you felt you were getting sharper as you got older, which you knew at the time wasn't the claimed case for most.

And I believed it at the time, and still think it was true; it may not be any more.

I do think the games section of the test is harder than it was during the decade from 2000 to 2010 — we're back to the world of the early and mid 90s, when the structure of the games varied quite a bit and therefore was hard to prefer for.

Sorry to mess up your action. fwiw I'd have set the line at 177.5 or 178.

That would have been a lot tougher and I probably wouldn't have bet on it.

Us Englanders have unleashed 3 great sports on the world, football, cricket and rugby.

We can't get past the group stage in a world cup in any of them.
