Why? It doesn't. By whose definition? If the title is important, shouldn't people be lining up to make the properly titled thread? Shouldn't there be a nomination process to root out improper thread titles?

I don't really care, so I don't know why I'm weighing in on this, but here you go:

The only issue I have with the title is its length, as DDDD said. As long as it is not insulting someone, not obscene (even that one is borderline, but I think a G to PG rating for titles is best), and understandable, I think it should be left alone.

I don't see what has eyebooger so upset (I.e. what makes it so sucky). A simple time zone joke. Maybe it is poorly punctuated. I would say put Canada in instead, but the server is probably in the U.S., and the joke loses a little impact. In the interest of maintaining the peace (so Canadian, I know), maybe ask kokiri if he would object to a title change.
