I will pay for a Thunder-Down-Under dessert at Outback Steakhouse for $8

health is worth a lot of money

for like 2 weeks now i been drinking at least a quart a day of homemade smoothie a day, and like seriously healthy ****, kale healthy. i totally feel the difference. it's pretty amazing.

smoothies are far worse for you than just eating the same fruit and veg I hear.

Something about the body working to break down the actual fruit and veg, but not having to do any work to break down the smoothie

yeah, i think eating it is great, except i can't eat it. it's too yuck and tedious.

i'm telling you though, i feel it. try it and see for yourself. it's a little like when you're sick and you get healthy. i'd say i feel about 10% of that much better.

They could predict the motion of the planets before the heliocentric model, iirc. Something about wheels on wheels.
