i am not seeing results i usually get from the gym, and i am sleeping on the floor. my muscles ache a bit from the hard surface, but it's not that bad. i'd hate it if it was effecting my muscle growth though.


also, i used to love squatting, but now i am too old and broken down

i can't think of a reason that sleeping on a hard surface would be bad.

also, if my 71 year old dad can squat, so can you
