Unless it's part of the new law or something, they can't do this. Banks cannot be closed 4 consecutive days or they risk losing their FDIC status. For this reason, every single bank is open the day after Thanksgiving. Also, if they have some computer problem on Monday or Thursday you can bet the the tech guys are pulling an all-nighter if necessary.
